He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Kacoyannakis and Magdalen L. Kacoyannakis (Ehl). He is survived by: his nephew Sean Cummings of Framingham, MA; his nieces, Allison Helberg of Attleboro, MA and Catherine Cummings of Mansfield, MA; his great-niece Dorothy Helberg; and his great-nephew Theodore Helberg. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
