He was predeceased by: his wife Mary S. Jackson (Dubak); and his parents, Alfred Jackson and Norda Jackson (Lysne). He is survived by: his significant other Mary S. DuBak; his children, Sandra J. Herzog (Donald) of Hudson, MA and Robert A Jackson of Webster; and his grandchildren, Sheryl Herzog (Charles Rouleau), Alan Herzog (Colby), Carolyn Ingalls (James) and Kyle Jackson. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and several cousins and a niece and nephew.
