He is survived by: his wife Maria Fatima Tavares (Braga); his daughters, Gina B. Tavares of Hudson, Lucia Scola (Christopher Scola) of Glastonbury, CT and Margaret Curley (Eugene) of Berlin; his sister Maria Rosa Leandres (Antonio); and his grandchildren, Tyler Curley, Peyton Cometa (Anthony), Jade Curley, Christopher Scola, Jr. and Michael Scola. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
