It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jose Maria Duarte of Hudson, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 26, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Joao Duarte; and his parents, Francisco Rezendes Duarte and Maria Da Costa Monteiro. He is survived by: his wife Elvira M. Duarte (Monteiro); his children, Helio Duarte (Filipa) of Sterling, MA and Sandra Pires (James) of Clinton, MA; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Fernandes (Shawn), Nicholas Pires, Nathan Duarte, Bella Duarte and Laila Pires; his siblings, Antonio Duarte (Maria) of Dorchester, MA and Conceicao Duarte of Santa Maria, Azores; and his son-in-law Joe Pires. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
