Fernandes of Hudson; his grandchildren, Kevin Chaves, Brian Chaves, Jeffrey Chaves, Michael Chaves, Steven Chaves and Alicia Chaves; his great grandchild Joshua Chaves; his parent Evangelina Da Conceicao Medeiros (Costa); and also Lilian Chaves. He is also survived by 5 sisters; 1 brother and many nieces and nephews.
