He is survived by: his wife Barbara L. Carter Donovan (Fairgreve); his daughter Kathleen A. Donovan; his parents, Francis J. and Ida M. Donovan (Ethier); his children, James F. Donovan of Hudson, Joanne M. Okerman (Donovan) of Hudson and John M. Donovan (Bonnie) of Hudson; his grandchildren, Randy Donovan, Jimmy Donovan, Peter Donovan, John Ross Schubarth, Christopher Schubarth, Matt Donovan (Katie), Erin Donovan and Kelsey Donovan; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Schubarth and Jeannette Donovan; his stepchildren, Kim Carter, Keith Carter, Kurt Carter and Kevin Carter; and his siblings, Francis Donovan, Philip Donovan and Patricia Carney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
