He was predeceased by: his brothers, Donald Perkins and Robert Perkins; and his son-in-law Jaime Collazo. He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Perkins (Senecal); and his daughters, Lynda M. Collazo of Hudson and Nancy M. Morin (Philip).
