We bid farewell to Ellen E. Shaw of Hudson, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 14, 2025 at the age of 96. Ellen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Paul M. Shaw; her parents, Paul Turberg and Ellen Turberg (Halpin); and her siblings, Joseph, Paul, George Turberg, Grace Pearce and Ruth Long.
She is survived by: her children, Paula E. Sylvester (Ron) of Hudson, MA, Mark R. Shaw (Lois) of Gloucester, VA and Claudia L. Harbaugh (John) of The Villages, FL.; her grandchildren, Jayme Szymczak (Todd) of Hanover, MA, Nathan Sylvester (Pauline) of New York, NY., Ryan Sylvester of Templeton, MA., Lindsay Milne (Brian) of Westminster, MA., Anne White of Gloucester, VA., Jonathan Shaw (Kate) of Goma, Courtney Holtz of Fairport, NY. and Megan Pearce (Daniel) of Essex Junction, VT.; and her great grandchildren, Reilly, Peyton, Graham, Connor, Callighan, Carter, Elliot, Elijah, Rowan, Will, Evan and Noah.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home (50 Central St, Hudson, MA 01749). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
