She was predeceased by: her siblings, Vincent Michaelis and Janet Dugan. She is survived by: her husband Leonard; her children, Michael, Dianne Crisan, Douglas, Donna Kelly and Matthew; her sister Rita Borden; and her children, Dot and Len. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation in the name of Dorothy A. Lattanzi , can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
