He was predeceased by: his parent Mary Bowser (LaBossiere) of Marlborough; and his siblings, Sheila Beckner, Rosemary Caron, Donna McKenzie, Debra Bowser, Harvey Bowser Jr. and David Bowser.

He is survived by: his parent Harvey Bowser Sr. of Denver; his children, Shawn Bowser of Hudson, Shannon Bowser of Worcester and Sarah Bowser of Columbus; his brother William Bowser of Marlboro; and his grandchildren, Kasey, Caleb, Madison and Alex. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
