He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter Wendy (Melissa); his family, English, Irish and Scottish; his brothers, George Carlin, Happy Days and Mork (Mindy); his daughter Melissa (Mike Xavier) of St. George; and his sisters, Eileen Roberts of Hudson and Martha Ford (Jim) of Lancaster.

David's family encourages interested parties to make a donation in David's name to the charity of their choice, to continue in sharing his joy with others.
