She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Hougham. She is survived by: her husband Stephen; her daughter Melanie; her grandchildren, Kayden and Ryan; and her sister Amie Alzapiedi. She is also survived by niece and nephew, many cousins, and cherished friends.

I admired Cindy in many ways while battling her many serious foot related problems, mostly because she did not give up and was resilient even as new problems arose. Always greeted me with that Cindy smile! She did everything she was told to. She was a fantastic patient and I know she was an even more awesome as a wife, mother and Grammy! God Speed Cindy!
