She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Collins and Stephanie Collins (Podkowka); her husband Stanley Kwasny; her son Greg Kwasny; her sister Kathryn Collins; and her sister-in-law Joan Kwasny.
She is survived by: her son Glen Kwasny (Amy); her grandson Kevin Kwasny; her sister Dorothy Paluck (Richard); and her aunt Genevieve Rys. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
