He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Moakley and Marie Moakley (Fardy). He is survived by: his brothers, Richard Moakley (Donna) of Lowell, MA, Christopher Moakley (Leticia Cistneros) of Camarillo, CA and Michael Moakley (Lynn) of Princeton, MA; and his nieces, Jennifer Antocci and Heather Moakley. He is also survived by many friends at his group home and extended family.
The family would like to extend their generosity to the staff and team at Seven Hills Foundation for all the care and generosity shown to Mark throughout the years.
