She was predeceased by: her husband Juan F. Perez; her children, Evelyn Flynn and Juan A. "Tony" Perez; and her brother Victor Rivera. She is survived by: her daughter Rosa White (James White) of Rutland; her children-in-law, Sharon L. Perez (Ricker) of Hubbardston and Richard L. Flynn, Jr. of Townsend; her grandchildren, Troy Perez (Allison), Caleb, Kya Perez, Katie, Jacob Flynn, Kayla and Ryan Caouette; and her siblings, Miguel A. Rivera, Luis Rivera, Jorge Rivera and Providencia Rivera.
In lieu of flowers, the Perez family suggests that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452.
