It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette M. Rushford of Hubbardston, Massachusetts, born in Gardner, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry R. Schaffer and Yvonne Schaffer (Maillet); and her sister Nancy M. Schaffer. She is survived by: her husband Richard C. Rushford of Hubbardston; her children, Nancy M. Jaillet of Hubbardston, Michael C. Rushford (Joan) of Livermore, CA and Bruce P. Rushford (Patricia) of Millbury; her grandchildren, Donald Jaillet, Angela Jackson and Bridget Rushford; and her great grandchild Andrew King. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society, c/o Annunciation Parish, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA 01440, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
