He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Meskauskas and Blanche Meskauskas (Duquette); and his brothers, James Meskauskas and Anthony Meskauskas. He is survived by: his children, Dennis J. Meskauskas of Westminster and April L. LeBlanc of Gardner; his siblings, Daniel P. Meskauskas (Lola) of Templeton and Karen M. Beaton (John) of Gardner; his grandchildren, Spencer Marean and Envy LeBlanc (Jamie); and his great grandchildren, Lily Gaudet, Benjamin Marean and Brooklyn Marean. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
