He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne M. LeBlanc (Sheehan); and his sister Constance Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne M. Smith of Hopedale, Ronald J. LeBlanc, Jr. of Hopedale and John J. (Laura LeBlanc) of Milford; his grandchildren, Abigail M. Smith, Collin R. Smith, Nathan R. LeBlanc and Jack J. LeBlanc; his sister Joan McCarthy of Sudbury; and his close friend Louise Bracci of Hopkinton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
