He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil L. Billington and Judith Billington (Thomas). He is survived by: his fiancée Christine A. Hagopian; his daughter Marissa Caruth; and his sisters, Dixie Avery (Alan) and Sharon Tilkes (Ron Rieber). He is also survived by several nieces, and great nieces and great nephews.
