She was predeceased by: her husband Donald (Sully); and her siblings, Margaret Shellmer (Peggy), Michael Smith (Linda), Joe Sgro (Michelle), Maria Flaherty, Tony Sgro (Noreen), Phyllis DeZenzo, Sandra Sullivan and Mary Chrisom.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jody Yeskey (Ben), Dawn Cronin (Paul) and April Blake; and her grandchildren, PJ, Dean, Michael, Joey, Will and Tom.
In honor of Patti, and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
