She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce W. and Grace R. (Mann); her son Randy W. Leonard; and her siblings, Bruce W., Jr., Jeffrey S., Carl R. Miller and Laurie J. Kelly.

She is survived by: her son Craig S. Leonard; her grandchildren, Hannah, Michael of King City and Ontario; her sister Marion M. Hamilton of Wrentham, MA; her aunt Elinor S. Mann of Walpole, MA; and her close friends, Walter R. Leonard and Nicholas Langhart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Frontotemporal Disorders Unit, Lu Webio Institute for Rare Diseases, U Mass Medical Center Office of Advancement, 333 South St., Shrewsbury, MA 01545.
