With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Diane Schmidt (Hopkinton, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 26, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Prosser (Elkins) and Adelbert Prosser; her former husband David William; and her brother James Prosser. She is survived by: her spouse Harold D. Schmidt of Hopkinton; her children, Dana Rebecca Kalipolites (Gary, Robert David), Heather and Doris Marie Schmidt (Jay); her grandchildren, Zina Misurelli (Tony, Athena Kalipolites), Brandon William, Dylan William, Richard Schaefer (Elizabeth, Tanner Mullen) and Kensey Mullen; and her great grandchildren, Kyrah, Hannah and Montgomery.
