She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Doucette (Melanson) and Richard Doucette; and her husband Kenneth David Forrest. She is survived by: her daughter Kendra Weldon (Mark Campbell); and her grandchildren, Kristina of Hopkinton and Kyle Weldon of Hopkinton. She is also survived by 9 children and leaves behind 2 siblings.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Assoc, 8180 Greensboro Dr. Ste 400.
