She was predeceased by: her parents, Hyman Levinson and May Levinson (Wagner); and her sibling Meryl Levinson. She is survived by: her niece Jennifer Dziok of Nashua, NH; her nephews, Harris Dziok and Barett Dziok of Hopedale, MA; her great-nephew Dylan Dziok; and her brother Steven Levinson of Woonsocket.
