In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Thomas had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Thomas may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, T. Edwin Sr. Chalmers and Kathryn Chalmers (Murray); his former wife Nancy Chalmers MacKay; and his wife Carol Chalmers. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Chalmers of Vermont, Thomas E Chalmers III of North Carolina and Timothy Chalmers of Maine; and also, Chuck Williams and Jimmy Bryden. He is also survived by four grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home (2049 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at the Saint Jerome Cemetery (1666 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040).
