He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Waversak and Leocadia "Cleo" Waversak (Wierminski); and his brother Philip Waversak. He is survived by: his children, Tammi B. Waversak of Las Vegas, NV and Chad M. Waversak (Kim) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Phoenix, Kelia and Ariana; his pets, Memphis and Mia; and also, Sally Templeton (Tom) of Westfield, Judy Matyseck (Ed) of Westfield and Frank "Buddy" Popkiewicz (Eileen) of Whatley, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Firtion Adams Funeral Home (76 Broad St, Westfield, MA 01085). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at the St. Mary's Cemetery (203 Southampton Rd, Westfield, MA 01085).
