He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Loughrey (Mastaj); his siblings, F. Joseph Loughrey Jr. (Helen), James R. Loughrey (Madeline), Rosemary A. Hoff (Doug) and Antrese L. Allegro (Jim); and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Mastaj and Robert Frey.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert J. Loughrey (Judy) of South Hadley, MA and Douglas W. Loughrey (Mary) of Holyoke; his grandchildren, Ryan (Ali), Bobby, Matty, Grace, Marty, Jack and Tim; his great grandchildren, Lily and Madeline; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Mastaj and Dorothy Frey of Holyoke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
