He is survived by: his son Dustin Lavoie (Katie); his stepchildren, Seanna Kindness (Christopher), John Ferriter and Joshua Jendrysik; his grandchildren, Kasidy and Lil Chris; his great grandchildren, MaKenna and Millie; his brother Jerry Lavoie (Laurie); and his sister-in-law Debra Pflanz (Michael).
