Patrick J. O'Connor Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patrick J. O'Connor of Holyoke, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 20, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael O'Connor and Margaret O'Connor (Ryan); his former wife Dorothy Klosinski; his siblings, Mary (Fran Hamel), Christine (John Weislogel) and Danny; his son Stephen; and his siblings-in-law, Coralie (David Donohue), Peter Lucas and David O'Connell.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia O'Connor (Lucas); his sister Margaret O'Connell; and his children, Patrice O'Connor, Cindy Dulude (Jerry), Michaline O'Connor, Carl O'Connor (Christine) of Jeffrey, PJ, Jeffrey O'Connor and Valerie Kotoric (Roger). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home (2049 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040). A procession will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (1945 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040). A committal service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ma Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
