She was predeceased by: her parents, Basilio Oquendo and Irma Oquendo (Garcia). She is survived by: her husband Juan Antonio Ortiz, Jr. of Holyoke; her children, Eliana Breault (Brian) and Antonio "Tony" Ortiz; her sister Nancy Serrano (Jose); and her grandson Liam Breault.
