He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Hernandez and Catalina Hernandez; his son John Luis Hernandez; his brothers, Miguel, Jesus, Gilberto and Edgar; his grandson Jonathan (Milizette); his great grandchildren, Ashley (Jean) and Lexi; his grandchildren, Brandon, Juliana of Massachusetts, Peter, Jackson and Jamie Tirado; and also Kristen.
He is survived by: his wife Norma; his stepchildren, Deborah, Tony and Norman Colon; his daughters, Maribel, Yvette and Yolanda; his sister Crimilda (Angel Orta); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Angela, Dolores and Jailene; his great grandchild Kashala Scott; and his grandsons, Johnny, Jeramie, Shannon and Jermaine.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rosa Funeral Home (254 Main St, Holyoke, MA 01040).
