He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Cunniff and Lilian Russell; his sister Ann (Ralph); and his brothers-in-law, Ralph Brennan and Richard Gula.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Gaughan); his children, Beth Verrilli (James), Maura Crowley (John) and John Cunniff; his grandchildren, Nathan Verrilli, Megan Martin (Mitchell), Allison Verrilli and Erin Crowley; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Brennan and Teresa Gula.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home (2049 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (1945 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040). A burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at the Saint Jerome Cemetery (1666 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040).
