He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Brown; his sons, David, James and Michael Brown; and his granddaughter Sarah Marie Brown.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gail Cranshaw (Arthur) of Holyoke and Suzanne Sullivan (William) of Easthampton; his grandchildren, Nicholas Cranshaw of Holyoke, Michael Cranshaw of Holyoke, Ashley May (Kevin) of Westfield, Christine Noel (Will) of Quincy, William Sullivan II (Marquie) of Belchertown and Patricia Killeen of Greenfield; and his daughter-in-law Elaine Brown of Ormand, FL.. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
