With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jayden Hernandez (Holyoke, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 20, 2025 at the age of 11. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Rosa Funeral Home (254 Main St, Holyoke, MA 01040). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St Rose de Lima Cemetery (49 Olsen St, Chicopee, MA 01020).
