He is survived by: his wife Frances Lavelle (Dibble); his children, Lisa Rogers (Steve), James Lavelle, Jr., Katie Monaghan (John) and Jennifer Kakley (Tommy); his grandchildren, Bryan, Timmy Gaughan, Patrick, Elley Lavelle, Tommy, Jack Kakley, Nicholas Rogers (Suzie), Shannon Elliott (Zack) and Erin Monaghan (Tyler); his great grandchild Thomas Elliott; and his godson Michael Lenihan.
