He is survived by: his parents, Axel Fuentes and Maileny Montanez of Springfield; his grandparents, Margarita Nazario of Holyoke, George and Evelyn Fuentes (Negron) of West Springfield; his aunt Gleny; his uncle Emanuel Rodriguez of Holyoke; and his cousins, Ava, Mia Moquin, Jacob, Kaylee Fuentes and Jeremiah Diaz. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
