We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2018, at the age of 69, Gerald Sulewski (Holyoke, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Richard and Lou. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his siblings, Leonard "Butch" (Halina), Frank, Dorothy Zerek, Bernadette LeClerc, Rosemary Dutilly, Christine Sulewski and Roman (Phyllis); and his sister-in-law June. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family asks to please omit flowers, donations can be made in Jerry's name to Dakin Humane Society.
