He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Vertuca (Ives) and Salvatore Vertuca; and his sisters, Mary Chandler and Carolyn Malde. He is survived by: his children, Lori Vertuca of Holliston, Kimberly Harris (Michael) of Auburn and David Vertuca (Paula) of Frankin; his siblings, Phyllis Orner (Leslie) of Cape Town, Beverly Fontano (late David) of Waltham, Margaret Shornak of Hazel Park and Lisa Catino of Upton; his grandchildren, Danielle, Hanna Harris, Stephanie Martins and Nathan Vertuca; and his close friend Ernest "Hammi" Hamilton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
