As Jeffrey departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jeffrey. Though Jeffrey may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberta Cordon (Cluney) and Theone Cordon. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Cordon (Sloan) of Holliston; his sons, Derek Cordon of Holliston and Jeremy Cordon (Jill) of Holliston; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Sloan, Tatum, Brody and Kaitlyn.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston (854 Washington St, Holliston, MA 01746).
