She is survived by: her children, Carolyn "Missy" O'Toole (Jack) of Holliston and Jeffery Austin (Noelia Kunzevitzky) of San Jose, California.; her sister Natalie Austin; her grandchildren, Caitlyn, Patrick O'Toole, Mika, Iara, Sasha, Maia Austin, Nicole, Alyssa and David Coutu; and her great grandchildren, Julian Jacobs and Jaxon Coutu.
