He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Mulcahy (Blunt) and John Mulcahy; his children, Stephen Mulcahy, Pamela J. Mulcahy and Christopher Mulcahy; and his siblings, John, James, Joseph, Charles, Elizabeth, Sarah, Catherine, Olive and Ethel.
He is survived by: his children, Colleen Ann Mulcahy (Kimberly Crotty), Michael F. Mulcahy (Susan) and Lynne M. Mulcahy; his sister Mary; and his daughter-in-law Beronica. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
