He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Nichols (Newton) and Ernest L. Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Marie T. Nichols (MacDonald) of Holliston; and his children, Renee Vorderer (Stephen) of Northborough, Rosemarie Rook (Frank) of Upton, Ernest L. Nichols III of Holliston and Roderick Nichols of Holliston. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
