We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2019, at the age of 77, Elizabeth Helen Cusack (Holliston, Massachusetts), born in Waltham, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Scott (Statkus) and Gilbert M. Scott; and her husband Richard James Cusack. She is survived by: her children, Timothy S. Cusack (Judith) of Medway, Karen L. Cusack of Hopkinton and Amy L. Cusack of Framingham; her siblings, Gilbert Scott (Betty) of New York, Mary Ellen Brennan (Donald) of Waltham and Gloria Champion of Waltham; and her grandsons, Timothy R. and Liam F. Cusack. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
