He was predeceased by: his parent Jennie Hilliard (Regonlinski); his former wife Rita Hilliard (DeCina); and his brother George Hilliard. He is survived by: his parent George J. Hilliard; his spouse Beth Hilliard (Lindsay) of Holliston; his children, Steven Hilliard, Cynthia Hilliard and Beth Hilliard; and his siblings, Rita Grupposo, Rosemary Dzindolet, Kathleen Gjerd, Mary Louise Doberchesky, Patricia Beatrice, Joanna Hilliard, Joseph Hilliard and John Hilliard.
