She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Frey (Skalberg) and Axel Frey; her husband Clifton E. Wheeler; her daughter Susan E; and her siblings, Earl, Dick Strand, Agnes and Rolf Frey.
She is survived by: her children, Donna L. Brown of Harwich Port, Scott Wheeler (Diane) of Mashpee and Russell Wheeler (Kathy) of Belmont, NH.; and her siblings, Ruth Matrisciani Alice Nickerson, Nancy Frey and Bill Frey. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
