He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Kampersal (Kairit) and Rein Kampersal; and his spouse Mildred Kampersal (Ventresco). He is survived by: his child LuAnn K. Breen; his grandchildren, Kevin (Jenna) and Kristen Breen; his great grandchildren, Colton and Weston; and his siblings, George, Dorothy, Helen Freeberg, Betty Ghelli, Ernestine Anderson, Alfred, Harold, Richard and Ernest Kampersal. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
