She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Grillo (Yokel) and Manuel M. Grillo; and her brother Kenneth Grillo. She is survived by: her children, Karen Springer of Boston, Kevin Springer (Deborah) of Raleigh, NC, Joseph E. Springer III and Courtney Sylvester of Hopedale; her sisters, Martha Furtado (Gabriel) of Somerset, MA, Eileen Desforges (Paul) of Rochdale, MA, Anne-Marie Grillo of Fall River, MA and Judith D. Grillo of Easton; and her grandson Matthew Springer of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many dear friends.
