She is survived by: her parents, Delia Scanlon Doherty of Everett and James Doherty of Everett; her siblings, Francis, Margaret Klagge and Florence McDonough; and her children, Jeanne Waters, Irene Dougherty (Patrick) of Wilmington, DE., Brian of Newton, Barbara Holmes of West Roxbury, Michael (Wendy) of Wayland, Marie Crossley (Jim) of Wrentham, Therese Leacu of Foxboro and Christopher (Ariel) of Taipei.
She entered the German Center Nursing Home in West Roxbury for Alzheimers in 2002.
