She is survived by: her parents, Michael Dziokonski and Jean Dziokonski (Schwab) of Clinton; her spouse Michael Sullivan; her children, Sean, Madison and Finn of Holliston; her stepchild Kailey of Foxboro; her siblings, Mark Dziokonski (Teresa) of Clinton, Lynn Dziokonski, Beth Dziokonski of Clinton, Robert Sullivan, Linda Sullivan of North Attleboro, Liz Rand, Mike Rand of Millis, Kathi Sullivan and Chris Sullivan of Plainville; and her nieces and nephews, Devin, Allen, Molly and Shannon.
