He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaetano Leva and Jessie Leva (Elminte); and also Debra Leva. He is survived by: his wife Maria Leva (Cappuccio); his sons, Anthony Leva Jr. (Susan) of Lunenburg, MA, Robert Leva (Bobby) of Warren, RI, David Leva (Michelle) of Johnston, RI, Joseph Leva (Christiana) of Milford, MA and Michael Leva of Milford, MA.; his sister Josephine Venner of Lexington; and his sister-in-law Lena Demattia (David) of Charlottesville, SC.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
